The position

We are looking for an automation and project management intern to join our Client Delivery Management (CDM) team, as part of a 6-month internship, with a possible start between February and April 2027.

Our CDM team supports our clients in the deployment, customization and evolution of our trading platform, from API connectivity to the configuration of trading workflows.

In a process of continuous improvement, we recently deployed Rocketlane, a platform dedicated to project management and customer onboarding.

Your mission will be to develop automation solutions, optimize existing processes and integrate Rocketlane into our internal tools, in order to simplify the daily lives of our project managers, make activity monitoring more reliable and reduce repetitive tasks.

This internship will allow you to evolve at the intersection of technology, project management and financial markets, participating in concrete projects in an international environment.

Your missions

• Process analysis and optimization: Study current usage of Rocketlane and identify manual tasks that can be automated: creating projects from templates, reminders, status updates and reporting.

• Development and automation: Design and develop scripts and automations, particularly in Python, using Rocketlane APIs and webhooks.

• Tool integration: Improve the interconnection between Rocketlane and our internal tools (ticketing, support, documentation, customer directories) in order to limit double entries and streamline the sharing of information.

• Monitoring and reporting: Contribute to the creation and improvement of dashboards, performance indicators and project monitoring tools.

• Participation in customer projects: Take part in real-world onboarding projects to understand operational needs, including connection testing, configuration of trading workflows and documentation.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the Client Delivery, Development, Support and Product teams to understand their needs and propose adapted solutions.

Profile wanted

• You are preparing a Bac+5 level diploma (Master 2 or last year of engineering school) in computer science, engineering, finance or an equivalent field.

• You have good foundations in programming, ideally in Python, and you understand how APIs work. Knowledge of webhooks or automation tools is a plus.

• You are comfortable with both technical aspects (programming, integrations, automation) and functional aspects (project management, business processes, customer needs).

• You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, and you are comfortable communicating in an international environment.

• You are curious, rigorous, autonomous and endowed with a good analytical mind. You like to understand how tools work, identify areas for improvement and propose concrete solutions.

• You appreciate teamwork and know how to collaborate with people with varied profiles, both technical and functional.

• You are interested in new technologies and financial markets, and you want to discover the challenges of electronic trading in a FinTech environment.
