To support the AI program of a large insurance and social protection group, Nexoris is looking for a Generative AI Tech Lead capable of designing agentic solutions and supervising their development until production.
The projects focus on process automation, assistants for customers and sales teams, a RAG Factory and the evaluation of solution performance AI.
Your missions:
- Design the technical architecture of AI agents and RAG solutions.
- Supervise AI developers, carry out code reviews and guarantee the quality of deliverables.
- Arbitrate technical choices: models, orchestration of agents, vector bases and ingestion pipelines.
- Implement response evaluation, production monitoring and cycles improvement.
Technical leadership on generative AI projects, with concrete experience of team management.
- LLM, agents and multi-agent orchestration: design of reliable workflows and mastery of one or more frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or AutoGen.
- RAG and Context Engineering: vector bases, document ingestion, research and construction of the context transmitted to models.
- Evaluation and LLMOps: measuring the quality of responses, iterations, monitoring and observability, with tools such as Langfuse or equivalent.
- Software engineering: Python development, API with FastAPI, Docker, code review and software quality. Knowledge of fine-tuning is expected.
You have already delivered operational generative AI solutions and know how to explain the technical choices that made them reliable.
