Description: Within the Customer Experience, Digital Services and Data Department, the Solution Centers department is responsible for the development of cross-functional IT solutions contributing to the simplification of the information system and the construction of CNP Assurances' digital platforms.

The AI ​​& Agents Platforms division develops and operates platforms enabling the industrialization of the uses of artificial intelligence and the deployment of innovative services serving the Group's businesses. Areas covered include generative artificial intelligence, execution platforms, building autonomous agents, cloud-native infrastructures and associated tools.

       In this context, CNP Assurances is looking for an AI Tech Lead with strong technical expertise and with the vocation to manage one or more strategic areas of the division.


Your missions:

Technical leadership

.Provide the technical vision within its scope of responsibility.
.Support the teams in the choices of architecture, design and of industrialization.
.Guarantee the quality, consistency and maintainability of the solutions developed.
.Participate in the definition of standards and good practices of the division.

Management of technical projects

.Contribute to the construction and prioritization of technical roadmaps.
.Technically supervise projects and major developments.
.Participate in the estimation, cutting and organization of work.
.Identify risks and propose appropriate action plans.

Development of AI platforms

.Design, deploy and develop solutions in the AI field.
.Contribute to the industrialization of artificial intelligence uses.
.Design and maintain the framework allowing the integration and production of models and services produced by third-party teams.
.Participate in the evolution of the division's technical platforms and frameworks.
.Participate in the development and publication of MCP and AI Agent tools

Operation and continuous improvement

.Guarantee the performance, reliability and usability of the solutions implemented.
.Participate in the management of issues relating to maintaining operational condition.
.Contribute to the improvement of the processes, tools and methods of the division. pole.
.Promote automation and industrialization approaches.

Support for employees

. Ensure a technical referent role with developers.
