Because you are analytical, understand processes quickly and are curious about how data and tooling make organizations smarter? And because you want to learn everything about Python, SQL, Power BI and how to gain insights from data? Then the Data & IT Traineeship is your opportunity to make that switch, even without a science background. At Talent&Pro you get the opportunity to develop into a fully-fledged data and IT professional. You get to know the financial services industry, build your technical skills and discover where your strengths lie.
The challenge - Every month you can start with the best onboarding program in the Netherlands! - You gain practical experience through secondment assignments at leading organizations such as a.s.r., Nationale Nederlanden and ASN bank. - You follow training and education in Python, SQL, Power BI, Agile/Scrum and LEAN, among others, so that you lay a solid technical foundation for a future in data & IT. - You learn how insurance, pensions and financial processes really work and develop important skills and professional knowledge in the meantime.
You map out your growth path together with your Development Manager. After completing the Talent phase, you can specialize in one of the three directions: - Data Science - delve into the world of data and technical analysis - Change Management - supervise change processes within organizations - Pension specialist - become an expert in the domain of pensions and financial services
Your development as a trainee
The traineeship is for an indefinite period in which every consultant starts in the talent phase. You start with a solid foundation: you get to know the sector, gain experience in operational assignments and work on your technical skills.
