Company: Svea kbt AB

Country: Sweden

Type: Onsite

Employment: Full-time

Description: We are so glad that you found here.

Right now we are looking for a business manager who wants to be part of building the care of the future.

At Svea CBT and Elly Care, our psychologists, doctors, nurses and speech therapists help people feel better through therapy, medical treatment, neuropsychiatric investigations, occupational health care, training and supervision. We are today one of Sweden's largest psychology companies and continue to grow rapidly.

We believe that really good care starts with two things: committed employees and operations that really work.

People who come to us should feel seen, safe and get the help they need. But behind every good patient experience are driven people, efficient working methods, clear priorities and a leadership that creates the right conditions for success.

That is where you come in.

We are looking for an operations manager who wants to be involved in developing our receptions, our teams and our way of providing care. Someone who gets energy from creating structure, solving problems, developing people and building businesses that get a little better every day.

About the role

As operations manager, you have overall responsibility for the business's quality, patient safety, work environment and development.

You lead our receptions together with management and other key personnel and work closely with the CEO, HR, finance and market. The role involves a combination of strategic work and operational leadership where you get the opportunity to really influence the business.

But it's not just about managing. We are looking for someone who wants to develop.

You enjoy identifying bottlenecks, simplifying processes, creating smarter ways of working and helping the business grow in a sustainable way. You understand that streamlining is not about creating more administration, but about freeing up time for what actually creates value for patients and employees.

The role includes, among other things:

Responsible for the operations' quality, patient safety and work environment
Recruit new colleagues and contribute to building strong teams
Follow up the operation's production, goals and financial outcomes
Develop routines, processes and working methods
Identify areas of improvement and driving change work
Work closely with management and support functions
Contribute to the continued growth and development of the business

This is what it takes to love this job

We think the right person will recognize a lot of this:

You have a business mindset, understand that resources are limited and know that things can always be improved.
You enjoy prioritizing, focusing on the right things and finding effective ways to achieve better results.
You find it hard to wait until next week and have already sketched out a plan for the next day.
You are meticulous and do not miss things, not a psychologist, nurse or coordinator is lost in the planning and scheduling.
You are passionate about seeing colleagues and employees develop and love to highlight when others succeed!
You want to help people whether it is about conversations, reporting, marketing or planning.
You are not afraid of tough conversations or difficult decisions.
You can see the big picture but also know which details are worth putting extra love on.
You are energized by change and development. As the business grows, you see opportunities rather than problems.

What we think you have done before

You have experience in leadership, work management or managerial assignments.
Experience in healthcare is a plus. If you are a psychologist, doctor or nurse, we see it as an extra plus, but it is not a requirement.

The most important thing for us is that you are a person who makes things happen, who takes responsibility, who sees opportunities where others see problems and who wants to build a business where both patients and employees have the best conditions for success.

What might a normal Tuesday look like in this role?

08.00

You start the day with a coffee and a review of the day's and week's priorities. A couple of things need to be resolved and some ideas must be developed and tested.

09.00

Conversation with a couple of psychologists about new routines and future goals. You really enjoy leadership and know that the best businesses are built by people who feel good and have the opportunity to grow.

10.00

Follow-up of the business's key figures. You look at production, quality and economy. What works well? What can be developed further?

12.00

Lunch with colleagues. Often there are equal parts laughter, business ideas and spontaneous discussions about how we can be even better.

13.00

Recruitment interview with a candidate who may become the next important piece of the puzzle in the business.

14.00

Meeting with HR, finance and management about upcoming investments and development projects.

15.30

You discover an area where a process can be simplified, streamlined and improved. Perfect. You think that's funny!

17.00

You go home with the feeling of having made a difference. Not only for the business, but also for the people who work in it and the patients who meet us every day.

This is what you get with us

We believe that people do their best work when they are given trust, support and the opportunity to influence.

That is why we offer:

A key role with great influence over the development of the business
Short decision paths where ideas can quickly become reality
Opportunity to influence, shape and develop both the business and your own role
Close collaboration with committed colleagues and management
Good development opportunities, both professionally and personally
Great freedom under responsibility and the opportunity to influence how you approach the assignment
A business that wants to move forward and that appreciates people who want to be involved and drive the development

Do you feel this sounds interesting?

Take the chance to be part of an exciting journey.

Apply today. We look forward to building something really great together with you.
