Individual Placement and Support (IPS)/Individual job support is an integrated, work-oriented part of the treatment offer for people with moderate to severe mental disorders and/or drug problems. The target group for IPS is people who have reduced working capacity/functioning capacity, and who have a treatment offer at Groruddalen DPS or ARA. The goal of IPS is that more people in the target group move into ordinary paid work or education. 
IPS Groruddalen consists of a collaboration between three hub offices, the District Psychiatric Center (DPS) and the Addiction and Addiction Department (ARA) in Groruddalen.  

About the role
As a method supervisor, you work according to the IPS methodology and lead a team consisting of nine job specialists. You will contribute to further developing the IPS program by strengthening and developing the team.  Together with the job specialists, you evaluate the participants' goal achievement and set goals to improve the results in IPS. An important part of the job is to collaborate with leaders of the treatment teams to ensure that the offer is well integrated in health, solve bottlenecks and promote the value of work. You will have professional responsibility for the job specialists working in line with the method, be a supporter and driving force for the team. The day-to-day work will be in the specialist health service, in close collaboration with Groruddalen's Nav office. At the same time, you will be out a lot in the local environment together with participants and employers.

Duties

You must use IPS methodology in the follow-up of job specialists, treatment teams, Nav, employers and participants. This means that you will:

• Be responsible for the guidance and development of job specialists, both in groups and individually
• Engage and motivate the job specialist team
• Be responsible for implementation and follow-up of method fidelity
• Coordinate and contribute to close cooperation and good relations between the specialist health service (DPS and ARA), employers, educational institutions and Nav
• Support managers in the development of IPS as service
• Responsible for results and reporting
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment teams
• Follow up a small portfolio of participants as a job specialist

Qualifications

Qualification requirements

• Relevant completed education at minimum bachelor level
• Good relationship skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good digital competence
• Multicultural competence
• Experience of working according to the IPS or SE methodology
• Able to demonstrate good results according to the IPS/SE methodology
  

Desired qualifications

• Competence in interdisciplinary collaboration, guidance and training
• Knowledge and understanding of Nav's social mission and diversity
• Experience as a method supervisor can be an advantage
