Description: About Spares Group
Spares Group has grown from approximately SEK 90 to 820 million in turnover in five years and is today part of Clas Ohlson. The group includes Teknikdelar and Batteriexperten.
The company was founded in 2012 and today has approximately 80 employees, with headquarters in Malmö and a sales office in Stockholm.
Spares is in an exciting development phase where continued growth places high demands on efficient processes, strong operational management and a business that can scale. For the right person, this means great opportunities to both influence the business and grow with the company.
About the role
As Warehouse Operations Lead, you will have clear responsibility for the daily operations of the warehouse. You work closely with the COO/warehouse manager and ensure that staffing, priorities and workflows work from day to day.

A large part of the role is about creating structure and pace in everyday life. You need to be able to re-prioritize when volumes change, handle staffing issues, monitor productivity and quality and act quickly when something does not work as planned.
At the same time, you are expected to contribute to improving working methods and processes over time. It can be about identifying bottlenecks, proposing changes in workflows or, together with the COO/warehouse manager, driving smaller improvement initiatives.
