Daily business?! Not with us…

• You’ll independently integrate new datasets into our data analytics architecture and seamlessly incorporate them into our existing structure

• You’ll collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gain a technical understanding of the data: Where does it come from, what does it mean, and what matters most?

• You clean, model, and test your data pipelines and document your transformations in a traceable manner

• You develop pipelines and analyses in Python and SQL (DuckDB)—preferably AI-supported, but always with a full understanding of the results

• You present and explain your solutions to the team and stand behind your code

Your pitch to us…

• A strong willingness to learn and the motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics

• Willingness to take on responsibility early on and drive tasks forward independently

• A basic understanding of programming logic (e.g., from your studies, courses, or personal projects)—you don’t need to be a perfect programmer

• Analytical thinking and a commitment not only to develop data but also to help shape its impact on our decisions

• The ability to validate AI-generated output, refine it manually if necessary, and explain it in your own words
