Proficient Python (3.8+), in-depth understanding of CPython memory management, GIL mechanism, asynchronous programming (asyncio), coroutine scheduling and performance bottlenecks, with large-scale online service performance tuning and root cause analysis capabilities (proficient in using py-spy, perf, FlameGraph, OpenTelemetry Profiling and other tools); 2. Have experience in AI Agent business system integration: familiar with LLM calling (OpenAI / Claude / local model), Function Calling / Tool Use, MCP (Model Context Protocol) and other protocols, able to design safe, reliable, observable Agent tool interfaces, and handle streaming responses, context management, permission control and audit tracking; 3. Familiar with mainstream web frameworks (FastAPI/Django/Sanic), have a deep understanding of high-concurrency, low-latency API design, be able to reasonably select synchronous/asynchronous models, and optimize database connection pools, caching strategies, and serialization efficiency; 4. Have practical experience in microservice architecture, be familiar with service registration discovery, configuration center, circuit breaker current limiting (such as Sentinel-Python, Resilience4j-Python), distributed link tracking and other governance methods, and be able to ensure the stability and SLA of core links under traffic peaks; 5. Strong SRE engineering awareness: Led or deeply participated in the construction of monitoring and alarm systems (Prometheus + Grafana / Datadog), logging systems (ELK / Loki), and distributed tracing (Jaeger / SkyWalking-Python), and can improve system reliability through data-driven systems; 6. Highly sensitive to business continuity and data consistency, have practical experience in strong consistency scenarios such as finance, transactions, payments, and risk control, and be familiar with key practices such as idempotent design, eventual consistency, Saga/TCC mode, and audit logs; 7. Be familiar with the cloud-native development paradigm, be able to design stateless services, configure hot updates, health probes, and elastic scaling strategies in the K8s environment, and understand the impact of Service Mesh (such as Istio) on Python applications; 8. Bachelor degree or above in computer or related majors, more than 3 years of experience in back-end development of medium and large business systems, and those who have led the implementation and stable operation of core modules from 0 to 1 are preferred. Job Requirements1. Experience in building Agentic Workflow, multi-Agent collaboration or autonomous task decomposition (ReAct/Plan-and-Execute) systems; 2. Be familiar with Agent frameworks such as LangChain / LlamaIndex / Semantic Kernel, and be able to evaluate their production applicability; 3. Familiar with Celery/Dramatiq and other task queues, and be able to design a reliable and traceable asynchronous task system; 4. Master Rust/Go/C++ and use it for Python performance hot extensions (such as PyO3, Cython); 5. Have Owner awareness and fault emergency capabilities, and be able to quickly locate problems, coordinate resources, and promote recovery under high pressure; 6. Excellent cross-team collaboration capabilities, able to efficiently align with products, front-end, testing, and Infra to promote the implementation of technical solutions; 7.
