Tasks:

* Development and implementation of individual, AI-supported solutions based on the group-wide technology stack

* Analysis of requirements and creation of specifications, solution concepts and effort estimates

* Identification and implementation of automation and optimization potential through AI agents and modern AI technologies

* Independent support of solutions throughout the entire life cycle - from the idea to productive use

* Integration of AI and automation solutions into existing company applications and processes

* Close collaboration with specialist departments to develop innovative, practical and sustainable digitalization and AI solutions

Requirements profile:

* Completed training in the field (Business) informatics, software engineering or comparable qualifications

* Career starters are equally welcome as experienced IT professionals

* Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, automation and new technologies

* Initial experience or well-founded interest in topics such as Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering or Workflow Automation

* Knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, C#)

* Very good knowledge of German and English

* Understanding of business processes and their digital optimization

* Analytical thinking skills and a solution-oriented way of working
