From the first workshop to go-live: You bring AI into production in medium-sized companies.

With us you don't write strategy papers for the drawer. You sit with the people whose work is changed by your solution and stay until it's up and running.

As an AI engineer working for customers, you are the technical authority in our projects at medium-sized companies. You understand the on-site processes, design the architecture, adapt our standard products and integrate them into the customer's system landscape until the solution is running productively. Because you technically know what you are talking about, you advise at eye level, from the specialist department to the management

Tasks

What you do with us

• Understand on site: Find out with the specialist department and IT where time is lost and which data is where

• Evaluate: Check use cases for feasibility, data situation, costs and limits and prioritize according to impact

• Implement:Architecture, integration and commissioning of AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, automation), in the cloud or locally

• With the customer IT: Clarify interfaces, data connection, security and operations together

• Advise: Provide well-founded support to customers right up to the management level, with roadmaps that technically carry

• Pass on: Feed findings back into our frameworks and products; Live sessions in our AI training and AI business coaching

Not suitable for you if...

• You have a certification without a track record,

• You prefer to develop strategies rather than put your hands on systems yourself,

• You have not yet built an AI system yourself that you can show can.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

• Study in the MINT area or a comparably deep technical background

• An AI system that you have built yourself and can show, e.g. B. a RAG pipeline, an agent or a technically responsible automation

• In-depth understanding of LLMs, retrieval and agentic AI, cloud and local operations, including the limits

• Confident handling of code (e.g. Python), APIs and data connection

• 3+ years of professional experience in technical implementation; Customer contact or consulting experience is a plus

• Enjoy workshops and explaining technology in an understandable way

• German at a native level and good English

• Residence in Germany and willingness to meet with customers on site (usually 2-4 days a month in the DACH area)
