AI & Data Starter
As an AI & Data Starter you will be trained as a Specialist in one year. You work on AI and data projects from idea to result and build smart solutions for customers and our marketing. In the meantime, you will learn SQL, Python and prompting with the help of fellow Coolblueers, a boot camp and a permanent buddy.
What do you do as an AI & Data Starter at Coolblue?
As an AI & Data Starter you tackle projects from start to finish. For example, you build an AI agent that helps customers find the right product for them. Or set up a data process that automatically sends personalized emails. You will also contribute to models that calculate the best marketing investments for busy periods. You work together with various stakeholders and use SQL, Python and smart prompts, among other things. With a buddy and regular check-ins with your manager, you will learn to work according to the agile method. This way you help Coolblue to help customers even better and more personally. - Working with AI on smart solutions for customers. - Analyzing data and building models with SQL and Python. - Build, test and improve new AI agents and data processes. - Try out prompts and sharpen them for better results. - Work on your projects together with other Coolblue employees. - Working in an environment where you are allowed to make mistakes. - What does the program look like?
The AI ​​& Data Starter program lasts one year and you complete it with other starters. You start with onboarding in your own team and then follow intensive boot camp sprints for 3 months. You will learn about topics such as data engineering, analyses, LLMs and building agents. You can immediately use the skills you learn in your own team.
