As an AI Developer you are the driving technical force behind our innovative projects. You step beyond the theory and immediately start building and integrating AI into our systems and those of our customers. You work closely with our Innovation Manager to not just improve processes, but to completely disrupt them. - You build scalable AI solutions (such as custom AI agents, LLM wrappers and automated pipelines) and integrate them seamlessly into existing workflows; - You unlock complex data sets and connect fragmented systems with Python or Node scripts; - You test the latest ML techniques and AI tooling, and translate these into concrete business applications; - You advise colleagues and other teams on the technical feasibility of AI concepts and help them work more efficiently. What are you bringing? - Excellent programming skills in Python (absolute must) and/or R; - Knowledge of databases and SQL to make raw data usable for analyzes and AI models; - Demonstrated experience with API integrations and working with LLMs (e.g. the OpenAI API, Gemini, Anthropic o...
