I am looking for an AI Engineer for a software agency specialized in AI applications in Amsterdam. The organization builds smart solutions for business customers, from proof of concept to production. The team is compact and technically strong, with engineers who both build and advise. Because the organization is small, your input is important: you help determine which tools and working methods become standard.
As an AI Engineer in Amsterdam you design and build machine learning pipelines and LLM-based applications. You work from data preparation to deployment and think about the architecture. Your code goes to production and is used by customers every day. You regularly interact with the customer to clarify requirements and demonstrate results. This way you can see within weeks what your work yields in practice, instead of experimenting endlessly in a sandbox.
