You will participate in strategic digital transformation initiatives for LATAM Airlines, a leading organization in the aeronautical industry, in an environment that combines remote work with occasional office presence. You will be part of the Architecture Management, collaborating in the definition of the business architecture and its evolution in the face of technological and business changes, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy and governance standards.
✅ Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
✅ RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and agent systems.
✅ Python.
✅ LangChain, LlamaIndex or Hugging Face.
✅ Vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Milvus, PGVector or Azure AI Search).
✅ Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI.
✅ Development of APIs and microservices with FastAPI or Flask.
✅ Docker.
✅ LLMOps / MLOps.
✅ Prompt Engineering and model evaluation.
Requirements
✔️ Professional degree in Civil Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science or career related.
✔️ At least 2 to 3 years of experience developing applications integrated with Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
✔️ Technical English with advanced reading ability.
Objective of the position
Responsible for designing, developing and integrating solutions based on Artificial Intelligence, mainly Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) and traditional Machine Learning, within the platforms and flows of the Payment Technology Management.
Your main objective will be to enable cognitive capabilities such as intelligent automation, virtual assistants, natural language processing and predictive analysis, ensuring that the solutions are scalable, cost-efficient, secure and aligned with data governance policies and banking sector regulations.
Main functions
Ensure that Artificial Intelligence solutions comply with corporate information security policies and banking regulations on data privacy. Validate and refine user stories related to AI components, transforming business requirements into technical specifications, including prompt design and use of vector databases. Define and build the data preparation and curation flows (Data Pipelines) necessary to provide context to the models.
Provide clear technical requirements to the Integrations, Data and Architecture teams regarding the necessary infrastructure for AI solutions, both in Cloud and On-Premise environments. Timely manage technical risks, model degradation alerts (Model Drift) and possible bottlenecks in productive environments. Guarantee that the solutions developed reduce dependence on external consultancies through adequate technical documentation and knowledge transfer to the internal team.
