You are responsible for pushing MrWork's AI stack forward, with a strong focus on LLM-driven systems, retrieval, and agent orchestration.
This role is built around the belief that AI is not just a feature, but a fundamental shift in how we develop products. You actively contribute to this shift by building the AI ​​components that power our product and by helping the wider team work smarter with AI. Key Responsibilities - AI-First Engineering
Actively experiment with and integrate the latest AI technologies into both the product and internal workflows - LLM & Retrieval Systems
Design and build LLM-powered features, including RAG pipelines, embeddings and retrieval systems - Agent Orchestration & Context Engineering
Build and maintain agent workflows, including context engineering, tool use and orchestration logic - Backend & API Development
Design and build high-performance services and APIs using Python and Python FastAPI - Full-Cycle Delivery
