We are looking for artificial intelligence engineers with demonstrable experience working with large language models (LLMs) and Transformer architectures, who have a passion for innovation and implementing scalable and production solutions.The ideal candidate will have: practical experience using state-of-the-art libraries and frameworks such as Hugging Face, performing fine-tuning with advanced techniques such as LoRA, QLoRA or PEFT;mastery of concepts and tools for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), along with management of embeddings and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone);advanced proficiency in Python and API development with FastAPI or Flask;experience in containerization with Docker, version control with Git and deployment on AWS or Google Cloud Platform;knowledge in evaluation and benchmarking of AI models, as well as in distributed training and optimization with tools such as DeepSpeed ​​or BitsAndBytes.Upper-intermediate English (B2+) will be valued.Autonomy, proactivity, problem-solving ability and collaboration with distributed teams are prioritized.

Design and develop AI-based applications using Python and web frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask or Django.Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines with tools from the LangChain, Guardrails and LangGraph/CrewAI ecosystem.Integrate vector databases such as OpenSearch or pgVector;Manage SQL and NoSQL databases for performance and scalability.Build services under a microservices architecture and lead the implementation in AWS (S3, EC2, ECS, RDS, CloudFront, Lambda, Kubernetes).Build responsive frontends with React or Angular and collaborate with UI/UX teams.Guide, review code and mentor a team of engineers;define tasks, assign them and ensure on-time deliveries.Collaborate closely with PMs and stakeholders for project planning and execution;ensure code quality standards and good practices.Manage deployments, performance and operations in the cloud, ensuring reliability and scalability of AI solutions.Foster an agile, collaborative and high-performance team culture, promoting continuous improvements and innovation.
