- Strong development experience with Python

Job functions
AI/ML Engineer with practical experience in generative artificial intelligence and machine learning is required.
In this role, you will work with open source large language models (LLMs), build innovative generative AI capabilities, and integrate these technologies into existing tools and applications. This is a unique position that combines hands-on research, software development and innovation.
Core Responsibilities
- LLM Application Development: Create and develop applications based on large language models (LLM) and generative AI functions
- Hands-on work with models: Work directly with open source models such as Qwen, including their tuning, customization and optimization
- Internal tools: Develop internal tools and capabilities around LLM to improve team productivity
- Integration into existing systems: Integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications and systems in production, not just greenfield developments
- Multidisciplinary collaboration: Work with data science and engineering teams to take ideas from the experimental phase to production
- Acceleration development: Use modern tools like Claude Code to accelerate the development and delivery cycle
- Full lifecycle: Participate in all phases, from experimentation to production deployment
