Jobs: We are looking for a curious and technically strong workflow automation engineer who will help the organization's teams work more easily, reduce manual work and increase efficiency. You will find opportunities to automate work and choose the right solution for every problem, whether it is artificial intelligence, Python, Power Automate, SharePoint, Excel or system integration. We care about practical results, not technology as an end in itself. We use artificial intelligence for rapid prototyping and tasks that require human interpretation of unstructured information. When a prototype created with the help of artificial intelligence shows its value, we develop it into a secure, maintainable and ready-to-work environment solution. Tasks: • Analyze business processes to identify repetitive, manual or error-prone work and prioritize automation based on impact, scalability, workload and reliability. • You design and build end-to-end workflows using Python, Power Automate, SharePoint, APIs, webhooks, databases, business interfaces (connectors) and MCP servers and integrate them with Microsoft 365 and our CRM system. • You apply artificial intelligence where it adds value (document processing, classification, data extraction, analysis, recommendations, decision support), using agent patterns and tool calling whenever possible. Business-critical outputs and activities are first reviewed by a person. • Take solutions through the entire cycle: from concept to testing, deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement. You keep them secure, maintainable and traceable by ensuring proper validation, access control, logging and error handling. • You collaborate with users and managers so that solutions address the real problem and are implemented. • Ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), EU Artificial Intelligence Regulation, information security requirements and internal company rules and clearly document solutions.

On our part, we offer: • A company where teams are really motivated to improve their work and are actively looking for opportunities to automate, simplify and test new technology.• Real business problems, involved users and an environment where they are ready to try and learn new approaches. Some solutions are small improvements that can be implemented quickly, while others can grow into larger integrations or long-term platforms. • If you like to understand how work really happens and then find a better solution for it, there is plenty of space and support to see it through.

Other requirements: We expect from you:• Proven practical experience in workflow automation, systems integration, software development or artificial intelligence solutions. What is important is what you have created and completed, not what you have studied or what your job title is. • Strong Python skills, especially for automation and data processing, and experience with APIs, webhooks, databases, and enterprise interfaces. • Power Automate and Microsoft 365 experience is a strong bonus. • Practical understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) and their safe use, and judgment to choose simpler automation over AI when it is a better solution. • Experience in moving solutions from prototype to production environment and change management skills to drive process mapping, implementation and deployment. • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills, the ability to involve both technical and non-technical parties and excellent English language skills for close cooperation throughout the Baltics.
