Job Description:

We are looking for a personAI Tech Lead, with passion and experience in architecting Artificial Intelligence solutions, scalability and technological innovation. If you consider yourself a talented professional in technically leading AI initiatives and are interested in working hands-on in building solutions based on LLMs, intelligent agents and automation in production, this is your chance! You will be part of the team responsible for driving our Artificial Intelligence initiatives, working collaboratively and remotely. Your work will be focused on defining architecture, good practices, standards for development and operation of AI solutions in production, ensuring scalability, reliability, observability and alignment with business objectives.

We are looking for a person with a strong technical leadership profile, capable of guiding architectural decisions, supporting the technical evolution of the team, mentoring developers, evaluating emerging technologies and actively contributing to the construction of pipelines, integrations, automations and engineering practices necessary to take AI solutions to production with quality, acting collaboratively and remote. This is a position of technical leadership, without the need for direct people management, but with great protagonism in the technological and strategic evolution of the area.

• Act as a technical reference in AI initiatives, guiding decisions regarding architecture, implementation and evolution of solutions.
• Mentor people who are developers, supporting good practices, reviewing solutions and technical evolution of the team.
• Design and evolve architectures for solutions based on AI, LLMs, agents, RAG, integrations, asynchronous processing and caching.
• AI in production: technically lead the delivery, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of AI solutions in a production environment.
• Build and evolve pipelines, automations and engineering practices for developing, evaluating, deploying and monitoring AI applications.
• Define technical standards related to code quality, security, observability, documentation and maintenance of solutions.
• Evaluate AI tools, frameworks and approaches to recommend the best technical paths for the company context.
• Work in partnership with Product, Data, Security teams and other areas to ensure technical feasibility and impact of solutions.
• Contribute hands-on to developing solutions, defining standards and solving problems.

• Solid experience in software development, preferably with 5 or more years of experience in engineering.
• Experience with development, delivery and operation of AI solutions in production.
• Experience acting as a technical reference, Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer or equivalent technical leadership role.
• Experience in systems architecture, including APIs, asynchronous processing, caching, scalability, observability and resilience.
• Practical experience with applications based on LLMs, agents or RAG, using frameworks such as Agno, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or similar/proprietary solutions.
• Experience with process automation, pipelines, CI/CD, data pipelines or DevOps practices applied to AI solutions..
• Knowledge of embeddings, semantic search and response quality assessment.
• Ability to technically guide others, review solutions, propose standards and make well-founded technical decisions.
• Proficiency in Git and good collaborative development practices.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, communication protocols and cloud environments.
• Experience with observability, debugging and troubleshooting systems in production.

Differential:

• Deeper experience with MLOps, LLMOps, evaluation, versioning, monitoring and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
• Knowledge in Machine Learning, Analytics and Big Data, including tools such as Spark, Hadoop, Pandas and Python.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and AWS.
• Familiarity with tools like Datad
