Description: Technical-functional analystData - Microsoft Fabric & Power BI (m/f) A major player in affordable housing in Luxembourg, the Housing Fund develops projects that concretely contribute to improving the quality of life of citizens and responding to housing challenges. By joining our teams, you will play a central role in linking business needs, information systems and different data sources. You will be involved in the entire data value chain: from analyzing needs to providing reliable dashboards and indicators, including data modeling and the implementation of processing flows in Microsoft Fabric. Your role within the team: Technical-functional analysis Collect, analyze and formalize business needs relating to data, processes and management indicators Translate needs into functional and technical specifications, management rules, data models, target flows and validation criteria Ensure the interface between business users, IT teams, service providers and project managers Data Engineering & Business Intelligence Collect, integrate, transform and make reliable data from different internal sources and externalDesign, develop and maintain data models and semantic modelsDevelop and maintain data flows in Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, Power Query, OneLake)Integration and governanceParticipate in the development of business applications (Dynamics NAV, Business Central, Dynamics, Dataverse, SharePoint, etc.)Contribute to data governance: quality, security, confidentiality, traceability, documentation and best practicesSupport and train users in the use of Power BI, Power Query and decision-making tools Your profile: Bac+5 level diploma in IT/data/information systems Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function mixing functional analysis, data and Business Intelligence Proven experience on decision-making platforms, ERP/CRM environments or complex business applications Your assets for success: Mastery of French and English languages is mandatory. Luxembourgish and/or German are assets Mastery of Microsoft Fabric: Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, OneLake, semantic models, workspace governance. Excellent command of Power BI, DAX and Power Query Strong knowledge of SQL Server and SQL. Knowledge of Python applied to the analysis, transformation or automation of data Good command of Microsoft: SharePoint, Teams, Advanced Excel, Power Automate and Power Apps Knowledge of Dynamics NAV, Business Central, Dynamics, Dataverse, APIs, web services and integration flows is an asset Why join us?
