FactorIT, a leader in technology and data solutions, invites you to be part of a team that drives digital transformation for large companies in the region.In this PM role, you will work on traditional and agile projects, ensuring governance, delivery and control of scope, cost, time and quality.You will lead the interaction of interdisciplinary teams, manage risks throughout the entire project cycle and ensure the development and execution of plans, control boards and committee minutes, promoting timely decision-making for changes in critical project variables.You will participate in strategic and local projects focused on the technological transformation of the region and the financial sector, contributing to the continuous improvement of management processes and practices.

We are looking for a Semi Senior Backend Developer with experience in at least one backend language, use of frameworks (Spring Boot, Express, Django, etc.), and solid knowledge of databases.You must be comfortable designing and consuming REST/GraphQL APIs, with experience in testing (unit and integration) and handling Git in collaborative teams.Basic knowledge of CI/CD and the ability to work autonomously on most tasks will be an advantage.
