Description: Python Developer - $90/hr Remote - Alignerr- Location: RemoteAbout the jobAt Alignerr, we partner with the world’s leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models.Organization: Alignerr Position: Python Developer Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $60–$90 /hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/weekRole Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)- Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to PEP 8 standards.- Develop complex backend algorithmic solutions and data processing scripts to challenge AI reasoning.- Provide clear, human-readable explanations for backend logic and architectural decisions.- Identify and flag edge cases or security vulnerabilities in AI-generated API logic.Requirements- Bachelor's or better in Computer Science or a related technical field.- Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and advanced language features.- 3-5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code.- Exceptional written communication skills to explain abstract technical concepts.Preferred:- Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems.Application Process (Takes 15-20 min)- Submit your resume - Complete a short screening - Project matching and onboarding
