You want to be involved from the start of a restaurant, and thereby be able to influence and make a difference in the creation of a new meeting place in Lund.
Key words are that you have drive, knowledge and a burning interest in the industry. Restaurant starts up in the middle of central Lund.
There is a varied selection with à la carte, lunch service, after work, take away & catering.
In the evenings, extraordinary dinners are created in a lovely atmosphere with both bar hangings, good toasts and fine dining
We are now looking for a bartender who wants to be involved from the start and thus has the opportunity to influence. With a certainty of taste, new drinks must be mixed upon request as well as the "classics".
The restaurant will have natural wines, draft and bottled beers and a menu with an awareness of sustainability.
Work shifts are evenings and weekends but also some lunches. A plant-based restaurant with natural wines and a full bar.
