Description: Job DescriptionData & As an AI consultant, you are responsible for the independent implementation of analytics solutions (Power BI, Qlik, Fabric, Databricks, Azure) from need definition to release. Concretely, your work includes receiving solution specifications, making workload estimates, designing data warehouses and models, implementing BI applications, and matching and testing numbers in the customer's environments. Your everyday life is very AI-driven: you constantly control AI agents (e.g. Claude), review code, move work forward in version control and share working skills with the rest of the team. Through these tasks, you solve the business challenges of significant industries and grow goal-oriented towards the role of responsibility consultant. Your growth as a responsibility consultant is supported by a clear learning path, and you are enabled to complete the industry's most sought-after Anthropic and Microsoft (e.g. DP-600, DP-700) certifications. Your everyday life is supported by an expert team and a flexible hybrid model! Tasks The role of a Data and AI consultant is versatile, and it combines information modeling, reporting and artificial intelligence-driven development work in the customer interface. Tasks include, among others:- Reception of specifications, boundaries and workload estimates in customer projects.- Planning and implementation of data warehouses, downloads and data models for Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or Azure platforms.- Implementation of Power BI and Qlik solutions and conversions.- Ensuring data quality, reconciliation of figures and testing before publication.- Utilization and control of artificial intelligence agents (Claude Code) in development work.- Working with version control (GitHub) and in accordance with the Kanban model. We are looking for - Good knowledge of at least one other platform: Microsoft Fabric or Databricks - Good knowledge of Microsoft Power BI - Experience in automating workflows with e.g. Power Automate or n8n - Experience in using artificial intelligence agents (such as Claude Code) in software development or analytics - Fluent Finnish and English language skills - Good communication and consulting skills and customer-oriented attitudeWe appreciate it if you have- Good SQL skills and experience with ETL/ELT downloads- Advanced Python skills and experience with predictive analytics.- Microsoft and Databricks certifications (e.g. PL-300, DP-600, DP-700).- Industry expertise (e.g. energy industry, manufacturing industry or defense industry)- Understanding of the various functions of the organization: finance, sales, production, logistics, procurement, HR and IT- Own projects, AI experiments, GitHub portfolio or other hobbies Our recruitment process Academic Work handles this search on behalf of its client, whose wish is to direct all questions about the position to Academic Work.
