Description: CONTEXTAs part of its AI strategy, a major player in the financing and investment banking sector is developing artificial intelligence solutions within a new AI team dedicated to the Front Office.MISSIONS * Support the design, development and industrialization of a scalable AI environment: LLM models, data indexing, orchestration of AI agents and deployment in a corporate environment. * Work in close collaboration with the technical manager of the team. * Participate in the design and implementation of a modular, scalable and industrializable AI technical base, allowing the integration of different AI models, services and agents. TOOLS & ENVIRONMENT * AI agent * FastAPI * Generative AI * Large Language Model (LLM) * LinuxWORKING CONDITIONS * Location of the mission: Paris * Start-up: January 2027 * Long-term mission: 36 months * 2 days of teleworking * Seniority required: 8 to 10 years of minimum experience * Sector: Corporate and investment banking * AI Front Office team 1.  Good command of LLM models, their integration and exploitation 2.  Prompt engineering, fine-tuning and optimization of models 3.  Management of context, tokens and performance 4.  Generation and exploitation of embeddings; RAG architectures 5.  Vector databases; chunking, hybrid search and reranking 6.  Multi-agent architectures, communication between agents, Tool Calling and MCP protocol 7.  Docker, Kubernetes, ideally OpenShift; CI/CD (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket) 8.  Monitoring, observability, CPU/GPU optimization; microservices and REST API 9. Very good command of Python; backend and API services (FastAPI or equivalent) 10. Good knowledge of Linux environments; integration of AI solutions into existing systems 11. Knowledge of C/C++ appreciated 12. Indexing of source code and technical documentation (appreciated) 13. Distributed architectures (appreciated) 14. Optimization of performance and LLM inference costs (appreciated) 15. Security, confidentiality and access control to AI data (appreciated) 16. Development of AI solutions in an on-premise environment (appreciated) 17. Knowledge of the Front Office environment of a market bank (a plus) 18. Autonomy, spirit of initiative, comfort in a complex technical environment 19. Pragmatic approach: rapid prototyping, industrialization and quality 20.
