Our focus is on supporting the professional growth of individuals and teams through development programs led by leading professionals across various industries. As an Educational Specialist, we expect you to be able to turn prospects into business opportunities and Colectivo23 clients, with the goal of closing sales and contributing to the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.

Education and Experience (Required)
• Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in data analysis.
• Verifiable experience or knowledge in managing operational data,
service quality, or customer/student experience.
• Intermediate experience in data querying,
report automation, and data consolidation.
• Experience developing or monitoring quality metrics, satisfaction metrics (NPS),
dropout rates, or operational performance.
• Experience in companies operating in multiple Latin American countries with data segmented by country or business unit is desirable. (Not required)

Technical Skills (Required)
• Advanced Excel.
• Intermediate-to-advanced SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Sheets (advanced) for dashboard creation.
• Basic or intermediate Python—desirable (not for data architecture or complex automations)
• Basic to intermediate understanding of data modeling.
• Knowledge of Google BigQuery is desirable.
• Knowledge of LMS or educational management platforms is a plus.

• Centralize and analyze operations data: service quality, student profiles, and
business metrics.
• Assist in extracting and consolidating data from the company’s current databases.
• Automate reporting processes, data validation, and the generation of recurring metrics (monthly/weekly).
• Develop SQL queries and analyses to support the Business Performance Review and other management reports.
• Monitor quality indicators (NPS, dropout rate), student profiles, and operational/commercial performance.
• Create dashboards and executive reports for Operations and Strategy.
• Provide analytical support, addressing specific information requests.
• Coordinate data processes with internal departments to ensure that reports meet the team’s needs.
• Document processes and data sources to ensure the continuity of analysis.
• Provide the required indicator structure to ensure consistency in reports on the new platform.
