In this PM role, you will work on traditional and agile projects, ensuring governance, delivery and control of scope, cost, time and quality. You will lead the interaction of interdisciplinary teams, manage risks throughout the entire project cycle and ensure the development and execution of plans, control boards and committee minutes, promoting timely decision-making for changes in critical project variables. You will participate in strategic and local projects focused on the technological transformation of the region and the financial sector, contributing to the continuous improvement of management processes and practices.

• Analyze and explore data sets to identify relevant patterns, trends, and relationships.
• Prepare, clean, and transform data for use in advanced analytics models.
• Develop and train Machine Learning models for prediction, classification, or other analytical use cases.
• Create reproducible scripts and notebooks for analysis, experimentation, and modeling.
• Evaluate model performance using metrics and validation techniques.
• Document the processes of analysis, data preparation, experimentation and model development.
• Participate in the implementation of models in productive environments together with Data Engineering and development teams.
• Work with large volumes of data using services and tools of the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand needs and translate them into analytical questions and solutions.
• Participate in initiatives of Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and data-driven automation.
• Keep up to date on new techniques, tools and methodologies of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

• Experience implementing Machine Learning models in production environments.
• Knowledge of MLOps and model life cycle.
• Experience using Vertex AI for training, evaluation or deployment of models.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience working with large volumes of data.
• Experience with data pipelines and distributed processing.
• Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs or AI techniques generative.
• Courses or certifications in Machine Learning, Data Science or Python for data analysis.
• Experience in advanced analytics projects developed for specific business needs.
