Description: Do you want to play a key role in ensuring material flows and delivery precision in a complex and high-tech production environment? We are now looking for a Delivery Assurance Lead who wants to join and contribute to an important increase in production by creating transparency, identifying risks and driving improvements throughout the supply chain.

In the role, you will be a central link between purchasing, planning, logistics, production and external suppliers. You are responsible for creating a clear picture of the delivery status of critical components and ensuring that any deviations and risks are handled proactively.

Your duties

As Delivery Assurance Lead you will, among other things:

    

Collect, analyze and visualize information from purchasing, planning, logistics and external suppliers.

    

Identify and escalate gaps between planned production and actual delivery capacity.

    

Mapping and making visible bottlenecks throughout the material flow.

    

Analyze lead times, capacity and delivery risks.

    

Drive and coordinate cross-functional improvement activities.

    

Produce decision support and create an overall situational picture for both operational activities and management.

    

Ensure effective cooperation between purchasing, planning, logistics, production and external manufacturing partners.

We are looking for you who

    

Have several years of experience in Supply Chain, purchasing, planning, logistics or production.

    

Have a good understanding of how different parts of the supply chain work together and influence each other.

    

Is used to analyzing delivery capabilities, identifying risks and managing complex material flows.

    

Has experience in working cross-functionally and creating momentum in organizations with many contact points.

    

Can transform complex information into clear and easy-to-understand decision bases.

    

Communicates freely in both Swedish and English.

Meritable

    

Experience of SAP.

    

Experience of contract manufacturing or working with external manufacturing partners.

    

Previous experience of capacity analysis, risk management or delivery assurance in the manufacturing industry.
