• Training in Computer Engineering, Computing, Systems or related careers.
• Previous experience as a Developer / Backend Developer.
• Experience developing with Python.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs.
• Experience or practical knowledge in Asterisk.
• Knowledge of IP telephony, ideally SIP.
• Management of Git.
• Knowledge of Docker and containers.
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Ability to work and integrate with DevOps environments.

• Develop services and applications using Python.
• Design, develop and consume APIs to integrate different services and platforms.
• Participate in the development and integration of solutions based on Asterisk.
• Develop and integrate Artificial Intelligence agents using Pipecat.
• Implement integrations between voice platforms, external services and internal systems.
• Participate in the development of custom services for the platform.
• Work with containers and Docker-based execution environments.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team in the deployment and operation of the developed solutions.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of the code.
• Work with Git and good development practices.

• Experience with Pipecat.
• Experience developing AI agents or voice solutions.
• Knowledge of FreePBX or OmniLeads.
• Experience with other Open Source telephony or VoIP solutions.
• Knowledge of ARI, AGI or Asterisk AMI.
• Experience in telecommunications, contact center or communication platforms. voice.
• Knowledge of CI/CD.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
