• Experience Level: 4+ years as a full-stack developer (semi-senior/senior)
• Solid programming fundamentals: algorithms, best practices, software architecture, and clean code (regardless of the primary source language).
• Languages: Solid proficiency in at least one modern backend language; Golang is preferred but not required—candidates with experience in Node.js, Python, Java, C#, C++, etc., are also welcome. What matters is the quality of your programming, not the specific language.
• Frontend: Proficiency with at least one modern web framework (React, Vue, Svelte, etc.) and a solid foundation in HTML/CSS/JS.
• Use of Artificial Intelligence: Proficiency in and active use of AI tools in daily workflows (code generation, debugging, optimization, testing). This is not a role for learning AI, but for applying it.

• Customer Focus and Communication: Ability to interact directly with users/customers, demonstrating empathy and business acumen.
• Agility and Adaptability: Ability to iterate quickly, receive feedback, and adjust code rapidly.
• Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to solve problems without relying on ultra-detailed specifications.

• Iteration and Client Relations: Listen to, interpret, and translate client requirements and challenges into functional and rapid technical solutions.
• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications for both the frontend and backend.
• Proposing Solutions: Offer viable technical alternatives and options in response to ambiguous or changing requirements.
• Continuous Learning: Gain a thorough understanding of the business domain (mining industry) and integrate it into software development logic (not required initially).

• Previous experience in the mining industry (optional; business logic will be taught during the process).
• Experience in startup environments or small teams with a high degree of ambiguity
