We are looking for a professional with solid experience in Backend or Fullstack development (3+ years), capable of providing technical judgment, autonomy and good teamwork.

Experience in productive environments with Node.js and Python.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures and query optimization (queries).
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
Experience with Git and flows like GitFlow.
Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD practices to automate integrations and deployments.
Quality orientation: writing testable code and maintaining maintainability standards.
Analytical and proactive profile, with the ability to solve problems and propose improvements.
Good communication skills to coordinate with technical teams (Frontend/DevOps) and align with product objectives.

At Bridge Partners we accompany a company specialized in logistics and fuels, located in Florencio Varela, which is expanding its technological team. We are looking for a Backend or Fullstack Developer with 3+ years of experience to join a growing team, focused on building and evolving critical services. The work focuses on the development of RESTful APIs and microservices, integration with data infrastructure and continuous improvement of the performance, security and scalability of the platform. The role also accompanies automation initiatives with AI tools and agentic programming, with a focus on operational efficiency and delivery quality.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring robust, scalable and high-performance solutions.
Develop and optimize applications using Node.js and Python, integrating them with the company's data infrastructure.
Design database schemas, optimize queries and guarantee the integrity and efficiency of information management.
Work with Microsoft SQL Server, implementing secure connections and efficient use of resources.
Write clean, maintainable and testable code, incorporating Unit Testing.
Collaborate with Frontend and DevOps teams to achieve smooth integrations and deployments.
Participate in the identification of opportunities for automation and process improvement through AI tools and agentic programming.
