We need you to have real and demonstrable experience in projects with the following technologies:
- Python and Django — minimum 2 years of real project experience (not just courses or tutorials)
- Django REST Framework — design and implementation of robust REST APIs
- PostgreSQL — data modeling, queries,migrations
- Git (GitHub/GitLab) — workflow with branches, pull requests, code review
- HTML/CSS/basic JavaScript — enough to layout and debug on the frontend
- Fluent Spanish — internal communication is in Spanish
In addition, we value that you are an autonomous, proactive andorganized.We work 100% remote and we need someone who knows how to manage their time and deliver without the need for micromanagement.
At Koralya Tech we are a Spanish technology consultancy based in Alicante and +30 active clients in Spain, France, Luxembourg and Switzerland.We develop custom platforms with Django for sectors such as construction, real estate, e-commerce, restaurants and insurance.
Our team is small and powerful: 2 developers + technical CEO.We work with our own methodology that we call "Vibecoding", which integrates AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate development without sacrificing quality.
We are looking to add a Python/Django developer who wants to grow with us, work on varied projects with real international clients and be part of a team where communication is direct and bureaucracy does not exist.
Functions of the position
You will work directly with Koralya's core team on multiple simultaneous projects for international clients.Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and maintain web platforms with Django (backends, dashboards, REST APIs)
- Design and implement APIs with Django REST Framework for integrations with frontends and external services
- Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling and optimizationconsultations
- Collaborate on projects in various sectors: construction, real estate, e-commerce, insurance and restoration
- Integrate AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) into your daily workflow to accelerate development
- Participate in technical decision-making alongside the technical CEO and the team
- Manage your work autonomously with direct and asynchronous communication
- 100% remote work from any LATAM country (Colombia, Argentina and Mexico preferred)
- Remuneration: €900–1,200/month depending on experience
- Contractor/Freelance mode, full-time dedication (40h/week)

- French — we have many French-speaking clients (France, Luxembourg, Switzerland), so knowing French is an important plus
- Experience with AI tools for development — Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or others.Our methodology integrates AI into everyday life
- React or modern frontend — for fullstack projects
- Docker — for development and deployment environments
- Experience with PrestaShop, Shopify or e-commerce platforms
- Experience with RPAs or process automation
