Description: Fintech that provides Accounting, Remuneration and Billing solutions, among others, to Companies and Accounting Offices in Chile.
Requirements:
- University degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Software Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in development with Python/Django and Django REST Framework.
- Mastery of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and basic knowledge of NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience in using and configuring AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, among others).
- Familiarity with version control tools, Git.
- Knowledge of unit and functional testing (PyTest, Unittest or similar).
- Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience working on projects that involve the entire software development life cycle.
✅ Create and maintain APIs to integrate internal and external services.
✅ Translate design requirements into functional and intuitive applications.
✅ Design and implement data flows between the frontend and the backend.
✅ Perform integration tests and guarantee the stability of the applications.
✅ Design, manage and optimize software architectures to support critical workloads and high traffic.
✅ Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
✅ Configure and manage development and production environments in AWS.
✅ Implement CI/CD solutions to automate deployment and testing.
✅ Monitor and resolve problems in applications in production.
✅ Work closely with designers, developers and product teams to define features and functionality.
Knowledge in CI/CD and automation tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Effective communication and the ability to lead technical meetings.
Experience with Celery or another queuing system.
Experience in non-relational databases.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure management as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
