• Act as a technical reference for the development team, supporting architecture decisions, standards and tools;
• Actively participate in code reviewanddefinition of good practices;
• Help in the design and evolution of solutions together with the solutions architect;
• Ensure the technical quality of the software (testing, performance, security, observability, maintainability);
• Support the team in breaking demandsin technical specifications, estimates and planning of deliveries;
• Collaborate with Product Manager/Owner and other areas (Design, Business, Data, Infra) to align priorities and technical feasibility;
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (refactorings, automations, reduction of technical debt);
• Mentor developers at different levels, supporting career development and dissemination of knowledge;
• Participate in incident investigation and resolution, proposing preventive actions (post-mortems, RCA, etc.);
• Contribute to the construction of a strong, collaborative and engineering-oriented culture results.

Technical Requirements

• Solid experience as a software developer (senior level), with practical experience in day-to-day development;
• Previous experience technically leading teams or projects (as Tech Lead, Technical Leader, Software Architect or equivalent role);
• Mastery of at least one modern programming language, for example:
• Back-end: Java, C#, Node.js, Go, Python, etc.
• Front-end: JavaScript/TypeScript with frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Solid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns and good practices (SOLID, Clean Code, etc.);
• Experience with REST APIs (and, if possible, GraphQL), relational databases and/or NoSQL;
• Experience in environments agile (Scrum, Kanban) and use of versioning tools (Git);
• Ability to clear communication and ability to translate technical terms into business language;
• Collaborative profile, owner stance and focus on delivering value.

Competencies Behavioral

• Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud architecture concepts;
• Knowledge in DevOps and practices such as CI/CD, containers (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes);
• Experience with distributed architectures (microservices, messaging, events);
• Participation in technical communities, open source contributions, lectures, articles, etc.
