Description: As a Confirmed Generative AI Developer, you work within project teams in an Agile environment, alongside tech leads, architects, Product Owners, data, business and security teams. design and develop RAG pipelines: document ingestion, chunking, vectorization, embeddings, indexing and updating of corpora; integrate LLMs into robust application architectures: Mistral, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock or internal models; develop conversational assistants and AI agents capable of orchestrating multi-step business tasks; work on documentary use cases: OCR, document transformation, information extraction, augmented search, corpus synthesis and analysis; design APIs and microservices exposing AI capabilities to business applications; contribute to technical feasibility studies based on business needs: qualify what is realistic, identify constraints, propose an implementation trajectory; participate in the industrialization of solutions: tests, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, supervision, documentation; implement AI observability mechanisms: monitoring of prompts, quality of responses, latency, costs, errors, hallucinations, logs and execution traces; contribute to LLMOps best practices: versioning of prompts, evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, model management and continuous improvement; dialogue with business and technical teams to explain the choices, limits and trade-offs of AI solutions; participate in Agile rituals: daily, refinement, sprint planning, demonstrations, retrospectives. We are looking for a technical profile, but not just a pure isolated developer. You don't need to master the entire stack, but you should have a solid foundation in software development and real exposure to generative AI topics. FastAPI, Pydantic, asyncio or equivalents; API-first and microservices development; RAG architectures: vector search, hybrid search, embeddings, document indexing; vector databases or search engines: Azure AI Search, Elasticsearch, Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus or equivalent; AI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI or equivalent; integration of LLM: Mistral, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock or internal models; multi-model orchestration, management of prompts, fallback, agents and tool calls; Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or containerized cloud environment; CI/CD: GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or equivalent; observability: Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Langfuse or equivalent; unit tests, integration tests, non-regression tests and AI response evaluation. experience with large document pipelines; experience in OCR, data extraction or document analysis; first experience on AI agents or multi-step workflows; understanding of security issues, GDPR, IA Act and data governance; experience in a banking, finance, insurance, public sector or highly regulated environment.
