Your missions

- Design, develop and maintain AI-oriented Python applications

- Implement machine learning / deep learning models according to business needs

- Participate in the choice of algorithms, architectures and technical approaches

- Optimize the performance of the models (accuracy, calculation time, scalability)

- Collect, clean and prepare the data necessary for training models

- Establish reliable and reproducible data pipelines

- Collaborate with product or business teams to understand the data and its uses

- Deploy AI models in production (API, services, batch, etc.)

- Ensure monitoring, maintenance and continuous improvement of models

- Work on the industrialization of solutions (testing, versioning, documentation)

- Work closely with the product, tech and/or business teams

- Participate in code reviews and collective technical choices

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices

Your skills

- Concrete experience on at least one project in artificial intelligence (pro project, startup, research or successful personal project)

- Good command of Python

- Understanding of the basics of machine learning and/or deep learning

- Ability to go from idea to functional prototype

- Comfortable with teamwork and technical communication

\- Big plus if already worked at the RAG
