Assignment description
Within the DICTU-EZK WPD Automation team we are looking for an experienced communicative developer with extensive experience in the field of Microsoft Azure-based Enterprise environments (22,000+ users), who is used to working with standards and who can help the team further. with his or her knowledge and experience. Thorough knowledge of Powershell and Python is a minimum requirement to be able to make the right contribution. In addition, it is important that you want to learn a lot about the solutions, the organization, the software and methodology used.
Your daily work will mainly consist of developing new and maintaining existing solutions within the international DEVOPS team WPD Automation.
Background of the assignment
DICTU has a Microsoft Azure-based environment for its end users. These Cloud workplaces are offered with various services that are fully automated. Some examples are:
- Account Lifecycle Management
- providing email services
- and assigning software
This is offered in an Enterprise Architecture landscape for many end users (approx. 22,000). These solutions are created and managed by the DEVOPS Automation team, which falls within the business services department. The team builds new solutions that are fully automated for various customers. The Agile way of working puts you very close to the customer and together you ensure a successful implementation. The solutions use various programming languages ​​(Python, PowerShell) and solutions from BMC software. In order to contribute, it is important that you know your way around quickly.
