• Training in Computer Engineering, Computing, Systems, Telecommunications or related careers.
• Previous experience in DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure Engineer or similar roles.
• Experience working with Linux.
• Knowledge of networking and TCP/IP.
• Experience or practical knowledge in Asterisk.
• Experience with Docker and containers.
• Kubernetes knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
• Usership with Git.
• Scripting and automation knowledge.

We are looking for a DevOps to join a technological team and participate in the implementation and operation of a voice platform based on Open Source technologies.

• Implement, configure and manage the necessary infrastructure for a voice platform based on Asterisk.
• Manage Linux environments, networking and connectivity associated with the platform.
• Implement and manage solutions using Docker and containers.
• Participate in the implementation and administration of Kubernetes environments.
• Automate deployment, configuration and operation processes.
• Implement and maintain processes CI/CD.
• Monitor platforms and participate in the identification and resolution of incidents.
• Work together with developers to deploy and operate services and applications.
• Participate in the integration of new solutions and components within the platform.
• Ensure the availability, stability and performance of the environments.

• Experience with FreePBX or OmniLeads.
• Experience with other Open Source telephony or VoIP platforms.
• Knowledge of SIP, RTP, ARI, AGI or AMI.
• Experience with contact center platforms.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code, such as Terraform.
• Experience working with voice platforms or telecommunications.
• Knowledge of Python.
