Description: Develop software for vehicle control and contribute to energy-efficient length regulation in next-generation vehicle platforms.

Do you want to develop software that affects how vehicles accelerate, brake and use energy? In this role, you work with embedded systems and control functions for an advanced vehicle platform, in close cooperation with cross-functional teams.

About the role

    Develop software for longitudinal vehicle control.
    Work with functions for propulsion, energy storage and braking systems.
    Contribute to a modern platform for near-vehicle control units.
    Work in an international and cross-functional development environment.

Here comes you do

    Develop and update model-based functions and C++ functionality.
    Implement software in embedded controllers.
    Create and maintain automated tests in CI environment.
    Debug, test and track functions during integration.
    Collaborate with development teams and relevant technology functions.

We are looking for you who have

    At least three years of experience in software development in C++ and Python.
    Experience in control technology and development for embedded systems.
    Experience in automated testing and CI/CD.
    Knowledge of distributed electrical systems and electrical architecture.
    University education in, for example, computer engineering, electrical engineering or applied physics.

Technology & Tools

    C++ and Python.
    Simulink and model-based development.
    CI/CD and automated software testing.
    Wireshark, CANalyzer and CANoe.
    Merits: Ethernet, diagnostics, software download and network communication.
