• Work with calculations, analyzes and assessments related to public service pensions, premiums and insurance economics
• Contribute to deliveries to customers and partners, eventually you will be able to take responsibility for your own areas
• Work closely with actuaries, analysts, developers and customer managers
• Prepare analyzes and professional input for, among other things, budget processes and work with regulations
• Communicate results and calculations in a clear and comprehensible way
• Contribute to the further development of products, work processes and solutions

• You have higher education in mathematics, statistics, actuarial subjects or similar
• You can be a recent graduate or have some relevant experience
• You have an interest for pensions, insurance, analysis and/or calculations
• You communicate well in writing and orally in Norwegian
• It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python, R or similar tools

• You are analytical and like to understand complex issues
• You are curious, willing to learn and share knowledge with others
• You collaborate well with others and contribute positively to team
• You are able to make complicated relationships easier to understand
• You work in a structured way and take responsibility for getting things done
