Description: We are looking for a driven and solution-oriented Improvement Leader who wants to take production flows to the next level. Here you get a hands-on role where you identify opportunities for improvement, find solutions and drive them all the way from idea to implementation - with a particular focus on our detail processing and surface treatment.

About the role
As Improvement Leader within production, you drive the improvement work within detail manufacturing, with a particular focus on surface treatment and streamlining the production processes. You analyze flows and working methods, identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into concrete solutions. The role is hands-on and suits you who is driven, solution-oriented and likes to take ideas all the way to implementation.

You work closely with production and the production manager, in close cooperation with the technical area manager and other relevant functions.

Example tasks:

    Mapping and analyzing production flows within detail manufacturing and surface treatment

    Carry out, for example value flow analyses

    Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency

    Develop and implement improved work methods and solutions

    Drive improvement initiatives from idea to implementation

    Follow up results and the effect of implemented improvements

    Collaborate with production, production manager and technology area manager in the improvement work

    Contribute to a structured and continuous improvement work

Your profile

Requirements

    At least one year of work experience from the workshop or manufacturing industry, preferably in sheet metal or similar operations.

    Demonstrated interest and drive for improvement processes

    Computer skills

    Swedish, fluent in spoken & writing

Meritable

    Meritable with experience in improvement work, production development or process development in the manufacturing industry.

    Work experience in surface treatment.

    Experience in production with small or medium-sized series and varied manufacturing.

Conditions
The assignment is placed in security class. Before employment, you are required to undergo a security check and be approved according to current regulations for security protection. This requires certain citizenship.
