• Professional degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development in production environments.
• Experience with Angular, React, or Vue for front-end development.
• Experience in back-end development with Go (preferred) or Python.
• Knowledge of modern architectures, cloud services, and continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Experience using artificial intelligence tools within the development workflow, with the ability to review, correct, and supplement code generated by models.
• Knowledge of and experience working with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) principles.
• Experience working with agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with Git, version control, and collaboration via pull requests.
• Experience with Angular 14/16+, Golang 1.18+, healthcare projects, SDD-oriented tools such as GitHub Spec Kit, and experience reviewing AI-assisted code or using Microsoft Copilot will be a plus.

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end functionalities according to functional and technical specifications.
• Design and utilize RESTful APIs between frontend and backend.
• Implement error-handling strategies and structured logging.
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Participate in code reviews and promote quality standards and coding style best practices.
• Actively collaborate in agile ceremonies, including planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for endpoints, workflows, and design decisions.
• Use Artificial Intelligence tools for planning, code generation, refactoring, documentation, and testing, critically validating their results.
• Work using specifications as the single source of truth under the principles of Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
