We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us convert inbound leads into students enrolled in Codeable programs.
In this role, you will lead the conversion process, making applicants understand our value proposition and encouraging them to advance through the admissions process. You will collaborate directly with the Sales and Marketing areas, and will report to the General Manager.
- Student (no completed degree required) or graduate of a technical or university degree in Software Engineering, Systems, Computer Science or similar.
- Programming basis, preferably Java; knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript valued by the use of Angular.
- Basic knowledge of relational databases.
- General notions of microservices architectures (prior professional experience is not required).
- Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies (close work with QA).
- High capacity for learning, technical curiosity and openness to deconstructing previous practices to adopt more modern ways of working. modern.
- Availability to work in person in Lima, with 100% attendance during the first month of induction.
The position
We are looking for Full Stack Developers Jr. to join an internal training program aimed at developing talent under modern agile methodologies and software engineering assisted by AI agents. With solid technical base, curiosity and high learning capacity, willing to adopt new ways of working (prompt engineering, agent/harness frameworks, assisted development).
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the face-to-face induction month (methodologies, technological stack and AI-assisted development practices).
- Develop backend functionalities with Java (Spring Boot / Spring Cloud), with Python as a secondary language in specific tasks.
- Develop web interfaces with Angular and hybrid mobile applications with Flutter.
- Work with relational databases (MySQL) and, to a lesser extent, non-relational databases (MongoDB) and cache (Redis).
- Integrate services through REST APIs and event-based messaging (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Support in the implementation of service security with Keycloak (JWT / OpenID Connect).
- Develop within a microservices and micro-UI architecture, on a Kubernetes cluster.
- Contribute to the CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
- Rely on the observability stack (Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Prometheus) for incident diagnosis.
- Work in a development cycle co-assisted by AI agents, with clear acceptance criteria (specs/PRD) and constant feedback on the results, until the release of features.
