Description: Our team needs you. Remember Clip Art in Microsoft Office? We thought it was time for an update, so we've replaced the service but with something a little more modern (and with nicer images!), and is now the biggest Office app in the world. So if you want to help shape the kind of images millions of people around the world use at work when creating PowerPoints and Word documents, then Pickit is for you. In addition, you get to enjoy a fantastic life on our beautiful island of Gotland in the meantime.  

We are looking for a full-stack developer who can be part of the Pickit team here in Visby. Right now we are on an exciting journey where the focus is on improving our SaaS service and our architecture to meet the needs of our growing customer base.
We use the latest technology and want to constantly learn new things and develop to keep up with the constant change in the IT world.
If you are a fan of working in teams and you love new technology, you will feel right at home with us at Pickit.

•    Is rock solid in web app development
•    Has experience working with Node.js and TypeScript.
•    Experience working with Python and Django, or learning, is also a big plus
•    Writes nice backend code that is a treat for the eye
•    Has worked with React or AngularJS
•    Has experience with DevOps and CI/CD workflows
•    Experience working with Azure Cloud is also a plus
•    Is used to working closely and collaborating with design teams, Product Management and other parts of an organization
•    Always pursue beautiful code and smart solutions
•    Is familiar with the challenges that come with building integrated, scalable systems
