Job Mission

• You will be responsible for leading and developing Rankmi’s business operations in Chile, ensuring sustained business growth, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives, alongside a world-class team!

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Experience with React and Ruby on Rails is required.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience working with development teams and on software projects.
• Experience with agile development tools and practices (YouTrack, Git, Docker, CI/CD, etc.).

• In Chile, Peru, and Mexico, we operate on a hybrid model, so we’d ask you to come into the office 1 or 2 times a week.
• If you live in another country, the role is 100% remote.

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of high-quality applications within the company. Collaborate with other developers and teams to deliver efficient and scalable solutions. Additionally, act as a bridge between junior and senior developers, providing support for both technical tasks and basic mentoring.

• Delivery of Features: Complete assigned tasks and features on time and to a high standard. Ensure that the code is efficient, maintainable, and scalable.
• Code Quality: Maintain high standards of code quality by following best development practices. Contribute to reducing errors and issues through code reviews and rigorous testing.
• Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate continuous improvement in technical skills and product knowledge. Participate in implementing improvements to development processes and practices.
• Customer Satisfaction: Contribute to the development of solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. Respond effectively to customer issues and requests.
