You will participate in strategic digital transformation initiatives for LATAM Airlines, a leading organization in the aeronautical industry, in an environment that combines remote work with occasional office presence. You will be part of the Architecture Management, collaborating in the definition of the business architecture and its evolution in the face of technological and business changes, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy and governance standards.

Experience: 3 to 6 years, with at least one GenAI application in production with real users.
Gemini Enterprise / Vertex AI.
Agent Builder or an equivalent framework (LangChain, LlamaIndex or ADK).
Databases vector.
Python.
LLMs evaluation: LLM-as-judge and golden sets.
Language: Spanish.

At BC Tecnología we are looking for a GenAI Full Stack Developer to design and bring generative AI solutions to production on Google Cloud, with Gemini and Vertex AI as the technological base. Your work will begin by designing the RAG architecture and building a versioned prompt repository. You will also implement compliance guardrails and a classifier that evaluates the quality of the generated content. You will set up an automated evaluation pipeline that measures the clarity, consistency and appropriateness of each response to its channel. Finally, you will expose the build API and develop the human review interface. We are looking for someone who has already taken at least one GenAI application to production with real users.
