We are looking for an experienced fullstack Python developer, a versatile professional who sees the profession changing and gets energy from that. We like people who can delve into the customer's wishes and translate these into smart solutions. With us you do this from start to finish: you are involved from the first customer conversation to delivery, with AI as a standard part of your tools. Who are we looking for?
You are a developer who not only gets satisfaction from perfecting the code, but especially from solving problems that really benefit a customer. You have a solid technical basis and you enjoy talking to customers about their business, without escaping into technology.
How we work
We do not work with expired tickets. For us, every piece of work starts with a customer question: who will it help the most, what does it bring to the customer, and what are the preconditions. You come up with the solution together with the customer, with AI as an accelerator. Anyone who tackles a problem owns it and ensures that it is fully delivered. Finished? Then it goes to the customer and you tackle the next problem. Your technique
You are at home with Python and Django, with a sense of user-friendliness and speed. Clean, well-tested code is self-evident to you (you regularly quote PEP 20), as are clear data models, nice REST APIs and an excellent connection to interactive Vue / Nuxt frontends. Experience with PostgreSQL is an advantage, but if you learn quickly and are motivated, you are also very welcome.
More important than memorizing all the APIs and documentation, you understand algorithms, data structures, and system behavior well enough to see through AI-generated code and identify hidden problems. You are and remain responsible for the outcome, and not the AI model you worked with. Our stack
