Job Mission

  • You will be responsible for leading and developing Rankmi’s business operations in Chile, ensuring sustained business growth, customer satisfaction, and the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives, alongside a world-class team!

Education

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Data Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • A graduate degree in Data Management, Data Architecture, Analytics, Technology, or an MBA is preferred.

Experience

  • At least 6 years of experience in data, analytics, platforms, or technology solutions development.
  • At least 3 years leading teams or cross-functional initiatives, ideally at SaaS or technology-based companies.
  • Demonstrable experience designing, building, and maintaining data architectures, platforms, and integrations.
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders and operating critical solutions.

Job Mission

  • Define and lead the strategy, roadmap, and operation of Rankmi’s data ecosystem, ensuring a scalable, secure, and reliable architecture that enables products, integrations, and decision-making across the company. Provide technical and operational leadership for the department’s solutions and the Data team, integrating architecture, data ingestion, modeling, transformation, publication, and utilization for clients and internal teams. Coordinate cross-functional integration projects between products, internal departments, and clients; drive data governance, availability, and stability; and align the department’s evolution with the strategic priorities of Product and the company.
Job Responsibilities
  • Strategy and Leadership: Define the strategy, roadmap, and backlog for Rankmi’s data ecosystem, leading and developing the Data team with a focus on autonomy and technical excellence.
  • Architecture and Infrastructure: Design and maintain a scalable, secure, and high-performance data architecture, optimizing pipelines and reducing technical debt through automation.
  • Governance and Quality: Ensure governance, traceability, and availability of information by establishing standards and best practices for the entire data lifecycle.
  • Collaboration and Product: Work closely with Product, Technology, and clients to enable reliable data solutions that drive decision-making and address strategic needs.
  • Operations Management: Monitor and optimize platform performance metrics, ensuring the stability and efficiency of data products and cross-functional integrations.

Skills
  • Solid knowledge of data architecture, modeling, integration, governance, and data quality.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with data lakes, data warehouses, pipelines, and distributed or cloud architectures.
  • Experience with agile methodologies
