YOUR NEW TASKS

- Development and maintenance of HR dashboards to support data-based decisions
- Development and continuous development of HR reporting
- Carrying out analytical evaluations and deriving recommendations for action
- (Technical) conception, implementation and evaluation of Employee surveys
- Creation and maintenance of standard documents in the HR area
- Support in the digitization and automation of HR processes, especially with regard to the future use of AI/AI technologies
- Ensuring and continuous improvement of data quality as well as its
- Preparation in the HR context
- Support and implementation of digital HR projects

THAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

- Completed degree in business administration (ideally with a focus on business informatics, controlling or human resources), business informatics, controlling or business psychology
- Sound knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Forms
- Experience with SAP HCM as well as in the area of predictive analytics
- Strong interest in AI/AI and digital innovations in the HR environment
- Basic understanding of HR processes and human resources work
- Confident use of MS Excel; Knowledge of Python or R is an advantage
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with various HR systems and processes
- High level of discretion and sense of responsibility
- Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of German
